1. VEHICLE PURCHASES

1.1 Deposit Refunds

When you place an order for a Fleetefsllcvehicle, you may be required to pay a deposit to secure your purchase. The following terms apply to deposit refunds:

  • Cancellation within 48 hours of deposit payment: 100% refund of deposit
  • Cancellation between 48 hours and 7 days of deposit payment: 90% refund of deposit
  • Cancellation between 8 and 30 days of deposit payment: 75% refund of deposit
  • Cancellation after 30 days or after vehicle production has begun: Non-refundable deposit

1.2 Vehicle Return Policy

Due to the custom nature of our vehicles and the significant investment involved, all vehicle sales are final once delivery has been completed and acceptance documents have been signed. However, we understand that exceptional circumstances may arise, and we will evaluate return requests on a case-by-case basis.

If a return is approved under exceptional circumstances, the following conditions will apply:

  • The vehicle must be in new condition, without damage, modifications, or excessive wear
  • All original documentation, keys, and accessories must be returned
  • Customer is responsible for return shipping costs
  • A restocking fee of 15% of the purchase price will be deducted from the refund amount
  • Any financing, delivery, or other additional fees are non-refundable

1.3 Vehicle Defects and Warranty Claims

If your Fleetefsllcvehicle exhibits manufacturing defects or fails to conform to the specifications outlined in your purchase agreement, please contact our customer service department immediately. Depending on the nature and severity of the issue, we will:

  • Repair the vehicle at no cost to you, in accordance with our warranty terms
  • Replace components or systems as needed
  • In cases of significant defects that cannot be reasonably repaired, we may offer a replacement vehicle or a refund

Please refer to your vehicle's warranty documentation for detailed information about coverage and claim procedures.

2. PARTS AND ACCESSORIES

2.1 Return Eligibility

Parts and accessories purchased directly from Fleetefsllcmay be returned within 30 days of delivery, provided that:

  • The item is in new, unused condition with all original packaging
  • All tags, labels, and documentation are intact
  • You have a valid receipt or proof of purchase

The following items are not eligible for return:

  • Custom-ordered or customized parts
  • Electrical components that have been installed or had their packaging opened
  • Software or digital products that have been downloaded or activated
  • Items marked as "final sale" or "non-returnable"

2.2 Return Process

To initiate a return for parts or accessories:

  1. Contact our customer service department within 30 days of receiving your order
  2. Obtain a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number
  3. Package the item securely with all original materials
  4. Include the RMA number on the outside of the package
  5. Ship the item to the address provided by customer service

Customer is responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to our error (wrong item shipped, defective product, etc.).

2.3 Refund Processing

Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will process your refund as follows:

  • Refunds will be issued to the original payment method
  • The full purchase price will be refunded, minus any applicable restocking fees
  • A 10% restocking fee applies to all returns unless the return is due to our error
  • Refunds typically process within 5-10 business days after we receive the returned item
  • Shipping charges are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error

3. SERVICE PLANS AND MAINTENANCE PACKAGES

3.1 Cancellation Before Services Rendered

If you wish to cancel a service plan or maintenance package before any services have been performed:

  • Cancellation within 30 days of purchase: 100% refund
  • Cancellation after 30 days but before any services performed: Prorated refund based on the remaining term, minus a $150 administration fee

3.2 Cancellation After Services Have Begun

If you wish to cancel a service plan or maintenance package after services have been performed:

  • The value of services already performed will be calculated at our standard non-plan rates
  • This amount will be deducted from your prorated refund
  • A $150 administration fee will also be deducted
  • If the value of services already performed exceeds the prorated refund amount, no refund will be issued

3.3 Transfer of Service Plans

Service plans and maintenance packages may be transferred to a new owner if you sell your Fleetefsllcvehicle. A $75 transfer fee applies, and the new owner must register the transfer within 30 days of vehicle purchase. Please contact our customer service department to initiate a transfer.

4. TRAINING AND CONSULTATION SERVICES

4.1 Cancellation Policy

For driver training, fleet management consultation, and other professional services:

  • Cancellation more than 14 days before scheduled service: 100% refund
  • Cancellation between 7 and 14 days before scheduled service: 75% refund
  • Cancellation between 3 and 7 days before scheduled service: 50% refund
  • Cancellation less than 3 days before scheduled service: No refund

4.2 Rescheduling

You may reschedule a training or consultation service once without penalty if done at least 7 days before the scheduled date. Additional rescheduling or rescheduling with less than 7 days' notice will incur a $100 rescheduling fee.

4.3 Service Quality Guarantee

If you are not satisfied with the quality of a training or consultation service, please notify us within 5 business days of the service completion. We will work to address your concerns by:

  • Providing additional training or consultation at no extra cost
  • Assigning a different instructor or consultant
  • Offering a partial or full refund, depending on the circumstances

5. FINANCING CANCELLATION

If you arrange financing through Fleetefsllcfor your vehicle purchase:

  • Cancellation before loan funding: No penalty
  • Cancellation after loan funding but before vehicle delivery: Responsible for any lender fees and potentially a portion of the interest, in accordance with your financing agreement and applicable laws
  • After vehicle delivery, the loan becomes subject to the terms of your financing agreement with the lender

Please review your financing agreement carefully for specific terms regarding early payoff, cancellation, and associated fees.

6. GENERAL REFUND CONDITIONS

6.1 Payment Method

Refunds will be issued using the same payment method used for the original purchase:

  • Credit/debit card payments will be refunded to the same card
  • Bank transfers will be refunded to the originating bank account
  • Financed purchases will be refunded in accordance with the terms of the financing agreement

Please note that refunds to credit cards may take 5-10 business days to appear on your statement, depending on your card issuer's policies.

6.2 Exchanges

In most cases, we offer exchanges for parts and accessories if you received an incorrect or defective item. Exchanges are subject to product availability. If the replacement item has a different price:

  • If the replacement costs more, you will be charged the difference
  • If the replacement costs less, we will refund the difference

6.3 Damaged Items

If you receive items that were damaged during shipping:

  • Document the damage with photos
  • Contact our customer service within 48 hours of delivery
  • We will arrange for return shipping at our expense
  • Once we confirm the damage, we will send a replacement or issue a full refund, including original shipping charges

7. DISPUTES AND EXCEPTIONS

We are committed to fair and reasonable resolution of all refund requests. If you believe a special exception should be made to this policy due to extraordinary circumstances, please contact our customer service department. We will evaluate such requests on a case-by-case basis.
